SBA Administrator, NAGGL, Local Elected Officials and Banking Leaders Recognize Baltimore Entrepreneur

WASHINGTON, Feb. 26, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- In honor of Black History Month, U.S. Small Business Administration Administrator, Maria Contreras-Sweet, the National Association of Government Guaranteed Lenders (NAGGL), and elected officials will honor on Friday, James Hamlin, a local business owner, with the Champion of Small Business Entrepreneurship Award.

Since Mr. Hamlin opened Avenue Bakery on historic Pennsylvania Avenue, he has been part of a growing success story on how to revitalize the nation's communities with public-private partnerships.
