WASHINGTON, April 21, 2015 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Administrator of the U.S. Small Business Administration, Maria Contreras-Sweet, will join Office Depot CEO Roland Smith at Office Depot Headquarters in Boca Raton, Fla. for the May 4 kick-off event of National Small Business Week. This year's theme is "Dream Big, Start Small."
Each year since 1963, the president of the United States has issued a proclamation calling for the celebration of National Small Business Week. This year National Small Business Week will be recognized from May 4-8 with national events planned in Miami/Boca Raton, Los Angeles, San Antonio, New York and Washington, D.C.
The public is invited to the Office Depot Headquarters kick-off event to celebrate small businesses and recognize their distinguished efforts as the engine of our nation's economy.
