Sayles Werbner Name Partners Honored as Two of Texas' Top 10 Attorneys
DALLAS, Sept. 19, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Courtroom lawyers Richard A. Sayles and Mark S. Werbner, co-founders of the Dallas trial law firm Sayles Werbner, have earned spots as two of the Top 10 attorneys in Texas in the 2011 Texas Super Lawyers listing.
This marks the fourth time that Mr. Werbner has been featured among the top 10 attorneys in the state, and the third for Mr. Sayles. They are the only name partners from a single firm to appear in the same Top 10 list, which they accomplished both in 2011 and 2005. They also have been featured among the Top 100 lawyers in the state each year since the Texas Super Lawyers list was introduced in 2003.
"This is a very special honor for Mark and me when you consider that the Top 10 list is based exclusively on the number of nominations from other lawyers," says Sayles, a veteran of courthouse trials throughout Texas and the rest of the country.
Sayles Werbner attorneys William S. Snyder and Mark D. Strachan also earned selection to the 2011 Texas Super Lawyers listing. Mr. Snyder is recognized for his work in business litigation, and Mr. Strachan is highlighted for his intellectual property litigation practice.
"We are very pleased to be joined by Will and Mark in this year's list," says Werbner. "They both are exceptional attorneys who bring a level of service and expertise you simply don't see every day."
To compile the annual Texas Super Lawyers listing, researchers solicit nominations from the more than 70,000 attorneys across Texas. A blue-ribbon panel of lawyers assists the research team with final selections, and fewer than 5 percent of all eligible lawyers earn the distinction each year.
The 2011 Texas Super Lawyers listing appears in the October issue of Texas Monthly, as well as Texas Super Lawyers magazine, a publication from Thomson Reuters Legal Division. The full list is available at www.superlawyers.com.
Sayles Werbner maintains an international reputation as a proven trial law firm in complex business litigation, intellectual property matters, life-altering personal injury cases, product safety claims and practically every type of case that requires courtroom expertise.
