Sara's Homestay Signs Long-Term Lease Agreement for Luxury Apartment Building in the Heart of the Deco District of South Beach Miami

NEW YORK, Aug. 15, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Sara's Homestay has signed a long-term lease agreement with the ownership group of 612 15^th Street in Miami, Florida commencing on September 5, 2013.

Recently gut renovated by the owners of 612 15^th Street, the apartments are all brand new, large studio apartments ranging from 380 sq. ft. to 500 sq. ft.  Each apartment will feature a full kitchenette with stainless steel appliances, large screen plasma televisions, pillow-top beds, marble bathroom tiling, a table or island with 2 chairs, as well as a sofa couch.  Each apartment will also include cable and Wi-Fi internet.  The apartments are located in the heart of the Deco District of South Beach Miami, a very short walk to Lincoln Road and to the beautiful Miami beaches.  The apartments will be available for rent on a weekly and monthly basis for students, international travelers, corporate interns, tourists, as well as the general public.
