CHICAGO and BOSTON, Sept. 13, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Digitas--the leading global integrated brand agency with digital at its core--announced today the hire of Sarah Montague and Brooke Skinner, senior vice presidents from DraftFCB to Digitas Chicago and Robert Guay, group account director at Fallon, to Digitas Boston.

Montague will serve as senior vice president of Marketing leading the Kaiser Permanente account and marketing lead of Kraft. Skinner joins as senior vice president, account planning lead for Digitas Chicago, responsible for driving creative insight and innovation across all accounts. Both report to Doug Ryan, Managing Director, Digitas Chicago.
Guay joins Digitas Boston as senior vice president of marketing leading the Aflac account where Digitas serves as lead agency. Guay will report to Barbara Goose, Executive Director, Digitas Boston and Detroit.

Sarah Montague, Marketing Maven
Montague brings almost 20 years of marketing and CRM experience to her role. Previously, she was senior vice president, group managing director at DraftFCB where she was responsible for developing and delivering CRM strategy and multi-channel communications for the Volkswagen account and across the DraftFCB global client base. Prior to that, Montague's career has spanned across North America and Europe serving on leadership teams driving strategic planning and growth for both the agencies, such as TargetCom and Brann Worldwide and its clients.
Brooke Skinner, Planning Strategist
Prior to Digitas, Skinner was senior vice president, global director of strategic planning at DraftFCB. As strategic planning lead for SC Johnson, Skinner led the development and creative implementation of global positioning statements for all eight megabrands and partnered with SC Johnson and DraftFCB Media teams to design a new consumer-centric planning process. Skinner brings to the role experience in consumer insight and creative strategy across several key industries including travel and tourism, beverages, and financial.
Robert Guay, Marketing Entrepreneur
Prior to Digitas, Guay was group account director at Fallon, driving digital strategy and implementation on the General Motors account. Previous to that, Guay served as partner and director of digital at Connelly Partners, where he sat on the senior management team, and as lead on account teams at Mullen and Ingalls. Guay brings to Digitas an entrepreneurial focus, having led two interactive marketing and development start-ups, Click Nineteen and Red98.
Digitas Adds Talent Concurrent to New Accounts and Accolades
In the past quarter, Digitas counts the addition of Barbara Cipolla as executive vice president, chief growth officer to its North American leadership team and Robert Cross, SVP of Media and the lead on digital media planning for the Kraft North America Agency-of-Record (AOR). This new talent comes on the heels of appointments as lead creative and media AOR for Equifax and digital AOR for Chili's.
The agency has also received top honors in the CLIO, Effie, and Cannes Lions awards. Digitas was recognized in a total of 10 Effies, taking Gold and Silver in the "Best Media Idea" category.
