Rosetta's Executive Vice President of Marketing & Innovation, Paul Elliott, will present a session titled "Connecting Your In-Store and Digital Ecosystems" on April 15 from 1:00-1:20 p.m. PDT, where he will unveil a new In-store Customer Engagement (ICE) solution that is built on the Demandware Commerce Cloud and designed to integrate seamlessly with existing technology solutions. Rosetta ICE also adds a significant new accelerator to NEXUS, which integrates customer information and interactions across all major touch points and channels, including: commerce, direct, media, in-store, online, customer relationship management (CRM) programs and call centers.
