Saphran's web-based software enables a company's management to integrate internal and external data into a single rolling forecast displayed in "real time" on an "interactive dashboard." Multiple views of history and forecasts can be integrated for sales, production, and market analysis. This includes internal metrics for business plans, forecasts, quotes, orders and shipments. Saphran's software products enable users to significantly reduce the time needed to update, validate and analyze data to support business decisions and plans.
Schiffer was vice president of sales and marketing at the Original Equipment Suppliers Association (OESA), a trade association of 375 automotive supplier companies, from 1998 to 2008. Her sales success was recognized with the Platinum Award from the Marketing & Sales Executives of Detroit. Previously she was an account manager at Magna International, a global automotive supplier, and membership director of the Engineering Society of Detroit.
"Noelle is the ideal addition to the Saphran team," said Ken Bassey, the company's CEO. "She is a high-energy strategic player with software sales experience and a proven record of working with C-suite executives to identify solutions and services to fulfill their needs."
"Saphran has posted double-digit growth rates for the past two years and achieved a 100-per-cent retention rate with its customers, who include a number of major global manufacturing companies," Bassey said. "Having concentrated on creating unique best-in-class solutions and providing five-star quality customer service to automotive suppliers, we are now positioned to rapidly extend our customer base."
