SAP User Group Executive Network (SUGEN) Expands With ASUG Argentina
Further expansion in Latin America
'S-HERTOGENBOSCH, The Netherlands, Feb. 13, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- SAP User Group Executive Network (SUGEN) has expanded with the Americas' SAP User Group (ASUG) Argentina. SUGEN is a global network of sixteen independent SAP user groups. They work together and are discussion partners of SAP for strategic subjects that are important for SAP customers.
The number of SUGEN members increases to sixteen with the addition of ASUG Argentina. Tonnie van der Horst, SUGEN chair: "With ASUG Argentina, SUGEN is extending its reach into SAP user communities in emerging markets. SAP users in these markets have typical interests which can be addressed jointly and with more impact through SUGEN."

The agenda for 2012 shows important subjects for the SAP users globally. In a number of strategic projects, SUGEN will discuss with SAP the optimal current and future license model, the in-memory solution HANA and the knowledge transfer from SAP to the SAP community. "We are on the verge of fundamental changes in the deployment of SAP technology for mobility and in-memory. SUGEN is truly the global voice of the customer to influence SAP in these areas," according to van der Horst.
