With SAP EAM Work Order, online and offline functionalities let technicians manage work orders on their devices even without network connectivity. Companies can mobilize maintenance operations across the entire enterprise and extend the value of existing enterprise applications. Additionally, the SAP EAM Work Order mobile app:
- Provides technicians, wherever they are working, with immediate access to work orders and equipment information
- Automates manual, paper-based work order processes and give supervisors greater visibility into maintenance activities

- Proactively manages data, devices, applications and communications for maintenance workers
A cross-industry application with focus on asset-intensive industries such as manufacturing and process industries, telco, utilities and transportation, SAP EAM Work Order is initially available on Windows 32 laptops and tablets.
