Santanna Energy Services Hires John Marinelli As Customer Experience And Consumer Services Manager
BOLINGBROOK, Ill., Feb. 16, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Santanna Energy Services is pleased to announce the addition of a veteran Customer Experience and Customer Service professional to its leadership team. John Marinelli, joined the Santanna team as the Customer Experience and Consumer Services Manager in our Bolingbrook, IL location. Within this role, Marinelli will be responsible for Customer Service, Quality Assurance, and Customer Communications for Santanna. Marinelli comes to Santanna Energy Services with over 20 years of experience in Customer Service, Customer Experience and Customer Retention. Most recently, Marinelli worked as a Director of Customer Service and Retention at Endurance Warranty Services. There, he increased retention by over 6% and reduced the number of consumer complaints by 30% in 2017. This background has helped Marinelli to make an easy transition into his new position with Santanna.
