SANTA CRUZ, Calif., Aug. 22, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Santa Cruz County Bank (OTCQB: SCZC), a locally owned and operated full-service community bank headquartered in Santa Cruz County,  announced today its ranking as the fourth largest provider of SBA  7(a)loans in the San Francisco District out of a total of 83 lenders. The data was released by the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) San Francisco District for the third quarter of its 2014 fiscal year, which includes the nine months from October 1, 2013 to June 30, 2014.
