Santa Clara County Association of REALTORS® Urges Consumers to Work With REALTORS® for Real Estate Needs

SAN JOSE, Calif., Feb. 9, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- The Santa Clara County Association of REALTORS® urges consumers to work with a REALTOR® to buy or sell a house, especially in this market of opportunities and complex transactions.

The housing market is marked by historically low interest rates, affordable prices and plenty of houses to choose from. To take advantage of these opportunities, consumers need to hire a real estate expert to guide them through today's rapidly changing housing environment.

For buyers, finding reasonable financing can be tricky; for sellers, selling the home for fair market value at a time when there are huge inventories of foreclosures and short sales can be challenging. Consumers benefit greatly from a REALTOR®'s knowledge, training, experience and high standards of ethics.
