Sans Souci at Renaissance Cleveland Hotel Hosts Thanksgiving Dinner

On Thursday, Nov. 27, Thanksgiving will begin with a selection of hors d'oeuvres including delectable garlic crostini's topped with creamy ricotta cheese as well as tarragon creme fraiche. Continuing the feast will be the mouthwatering appetizers, a choice between roasted butternut squash soup and a local mixed green salad with goat cheese, cranberries, pears, pine nuts and apple cider vinaigrette.

The main course will feature herb roasted turkey with gravy or for the non-traditional Thanksgiving eater, a strip loin accompanied by onion confit and rosemary demi. A selection of hearty sides will also be available, including cornbread stuffing, whipped sweet potatoes, green beans with shallots and pancetta, roasted beets with walnuts and bleu cheese and, last but not least, the Thanksgiving staple cranberry sauce.

A choice of dessert will also be available, comprising of a unique lavender creme brulee as well as the more traditional apple and pumpkin pie. A selection of other rich and crumbly choices will also be on the menu.

The meal will be served family style, priced at $47 a person.
