First Quarter 2014 Highlights:

• Consolidated sales increased 20% compared to the first quarter of 2013.
• EBITDA increased 10% year-over-year on a consolidated basis, for a total of $397 million Pesos during the quarter.
• Consolidated net income grew 51% to $172 million Pesos.
• Financial ratios continue to improve: Net Debt / annualized EBITDA ratio stands at 1.5x and EBITDA/Net Interest Expense at 5.9x as of March 31, 2014.
• The Brakes division received for the second time in a row the Supplier of the Year Award from General Motors, the only Mexican supplier to receive the recognition in both 2012 and 2013.
