(Mexican Stock Exchange Ticker: SANLUIS), a Mexican industrial company engaged in the design and manufacture of suspension and brake components for the automotive industry, announced today its financial results for the first quarter of 2013.

Highlights:

• Consolidated sales increased 8% compared to the first quarter of 2012.
• EBITDA increased 33% year over year on a consolidated basis, for a total of US$28.5 million during the quarter.
• Consolidated net operating cash flow was U$22.2 million, an 85% increase from the previous year.
• Consolidated Income before deferred taxes grew 38% to US$10.5 million, equivalent to MxP$132.7 million, 33% above last year in MxPeso terms.
• Financial ratios continue to improve: Net Debt / annualized EBITDA ratio stands at 1.7x and EBITDA/Net Interest Expense at 4.8x.
• The Brakes division received the "2012 Supplier of the Year Award" from General Motors, and was named within the 100 Best Managed Companies for Zero Defects in 2012 by Ford.
• The Brazilian Suspension business (RNA Automotive) was awarded by Toyota with the "2012 Best Performance Supplier" in South America.
