Mobile Visit Verification Technology to Support Care Quality and Improve Efficiency

Designed to empower and connect mobile field workforces, Santrax® Mobile Visit Verification will help agencies ensure the right care is delivered for their patients by maximizing plan of care compliance and ensuring services are provided as they are prescribed and when they are scheduled. This application will allow caregivers to review their schedule up to two weeks in advance and check in and out of these visits; access the plan of care for their clients as well as complete a health assessment and caregiver notes; and access directions between their current and upcoming visits.
Santrax® Mobile Visit Verification is another component of Sandata's proprietary "Assured Coverage™" program which combines multiple technologies to ensure maximum automation of the visit verification process. The Assured Coverage program also includes Santrax Telephonic Visit Verification™, which utilizes the clients land line phone to validate visits, and Santrax Fixed Visit Verification™ which uses patented technology to verify visits when neither land line nor cell phone service is available.
Santrax® Mobile Visit Verification, a HIPAA compliant application, will be available on multiple mobile technology platforms for use on GPS enabled devices and is currently deployed in approximately 4,000 homes.
