The Visual One Property Management System is a comprehensive property management solution that offers a wide range of features and functionality, including front office operations, guest history, housekeeping, reservations management and more. Its user-friendly screens are laid out in a logical, easy-to-use format with quick-feature icons and drag-and-drop capabilities. The solution, which runs on a Microsoft® SQL Server® database, has modules for accounting, club management, comp accounting, condo accounting, guest marketing and sales and catering.
The DataMagine document management system is a patented solution that automatically captures, indexes and archives all business-critical documents and reports. The property is using the DataMagine Signature Capture module to digitally capture guest signatures at check-in. Signatures are stored for future online retrieval, enabling quick settlement of disputes and eliminating costly write-offs. The module also allows guests to swipe their own credit cards, helping eliminate fraud and identity theft.
