San Francisco Health Plan Adds Seton Medical Center to its Medi-Cal Provider Network

SAN FRANCISCO, Oct. 16, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- San Francisco Health Plan (SFHP), a community managed care health plan serving over 140,000 San Francisco residents, announced today its partnership with Seton Medical Group.
Seton Medical Center is located in Daly City, which also includes Seton Coastside, located in Moss Beach.
The addition of both facilities includes 357 licensed hospital beds, including 155 skilled nursing beds and 44 sub-acute beds along with a wide variety of inpatient and outpatient programs and services.
