"Many companies that are increasing their personnel levels seek technology, accounting and finance professionals with cross-industry experience and strong interpersonal skills to help them grow their business," said Sharon Black, senior district president with Robert Half in the San Francisco Bay Area. "As the San Francisco Bay Area economy improves and new opportunities emerge, skilled candidates are becoming harder to find. Companies concerned about keeping their top performers and attracting new ones are sweetening the pot by offering flexible benefits and creative employee perks."
