San Antonio Podiatrist Announces New Location
SAN ANTONIO, July 13, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- San Antonio Podiatrist Dr. Ed Davis and staff announce a new office location: 109 Gallery Circle, Suite 119, San Antonio, Texas 78258. The new location offers more space and easier access for patients. Additionally, it allows for expanded office hours and services.
Dr. Davis is a graduate of the Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine in Philadelphia and completed a residency in Podiatric Surgery at the Veterans Administration Medical Center of Washington, DC. He practiced near Seattle, WA for 14 years before relocating to San Antonio in 2007.
Dr. Davis, a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, maintains surgical privileges at the Baptist Health System, Methodist Health System, Cumberland Surgical Hospital, PASC4/Santa Rosa Surgical Center and St. Raphael Surgery Center. Despite having over 30 years of surgical experience, Davis believes that "it takes an experienced surgeon to know when not to do surgery" and focuses on biomechanics and conservative treatment of the underlying causes of foot pain.
The office is equipped with the latest technology including digital x-ray for instant images, diagnostic ultrasound, ESWT or extracorporeal shockwave therapy for the toughest cases of heel pain and Achilles tendinitis, MLS laser for pain, and the Aspen laser for treatment of fungal nails.
Comprehensive foot and ankle care is available but Dr. Davis provides special attention to pediatric foot and ankle problems, sports medicine and heel pain.
