Samaritan Medical Center Poised for Growth in San Jose

SAN JOSE, Nov. 22, 2010 /PRNewswire/ -- Samaritan Medical Center has recently decided to expand as well as employ brokerage services for its leasing for the first time in its history. Alice Teng of Colliers' Health Care Services Team was chosen to handle the leasing of their portfolio. Samaritan Medical Center is an independently-owned, family-run business that operates 18 first-class medical office buildings on Samaritan Drive, adjacent to Good Samaritan Hospital in San Jose, CA. Over the past four decades, Samaritan Medical Center has expanded to meet the need in the community for additional medical office space. SMC now comprises 245,000 square feet of custom suites for doctors, dentists and related medical services. More than 200 doctors practice at SMC today.
