Sam Spata Chosen to Lead the Callison New York Office
SEATTLE, April 16, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Global architecture and design firm Callison announced today that Sam Spata, AIA, LEED AP, has joined the firm as Principal in charge of the New York office. Mr. Spata brings more than 25 years of experience as an executive architect and designer across a wide range of industries and has managed significant divisions for leading, globally recognized firms in New York and London over his distinguished career.

Mr. Spata joins Callison from STV, where he served as Executive Vice President of the Building + Facilities Division. Over the course of his career, Spata has been recognized as a thought leader in practice and project delivery. He is co-chair of LeanNYC - the New York chapter of the Lean Construction Institute. Mr Spata is active with the Urban Land Institute and sits on the boards of the Salvadori Center and the City College of New York alumni association.
