Sam Darrington Joins the Faithful+Gould office in San Francisco

Since 2012, Mr. Darrington has been a key player for the firm's London and Southeast UK team, supporting the growth of building surveying services, while leading business development and key account management for all public sector work. Having relocated to the U.S., he will focus on growing the firm's San Francisco office and corporate real estate (CRE) capability on the west coast.

Mr. Darrington will be particularly engaged with the firm's strategic facility consulting (SFC) service. In collaboration with his colleagues in the U.S., he will work closely with the SFC team to offer this service within the firm's core sectors. He will also capitalize on the relationships he formed as a consultant in London to build the firm's presence in that area of the country.

Mr. Darrington has 15 years of experience in the industry overall. In his career, he has established exceptional people and key account management skills. He is a registered member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS).
