Sally Daub ranks 2nd in the 13th annual 2011 PROFIT W100 ranking of Canada's Top Female Entrepreneurs

Trained as a chemical engineer and lawyer, with degrees from University of Ottawa and Dalhousie respectively, Ms. Daub began her career as a patent attorney then later as Vice President and Chief Legal Counsel for ATI, a graphics chip company. In 2001, Ms Daub was one of four founders of ViXS Systems Inc. and from its inception assumed the role of president and CEO, a role she continues to hold today. Under Ms. Daub's leadership ViXS has grown from a small semiconductor start-up to becoming the leading provider of technologies at the heart of today's video revolution.
