This vendor's dynamic content, analytics and reporting, security, and support of distributed business models are top-notch. Salesforce also boasts the most satisfied customers we surveyed."
Comments on the News:
- "Customers are more empowered than ever, and successful marketers are quickly shifting from a campaign first to a customer journey first strategy," said Eric Stahl, SVP, Product Marketing, Salesforce. "With Marketing Cloud, marketers can use everything they know about customers to deliver personalized email marketing at massive scale."
Today's connected customers expect personalized, seamless experiences whether they're receiving a promotional offer via SMS or querying a service department via a tweet—they want brands to meet their needs, on their terms. As the lines between sales, service and marketing continue to blur, marketers are taking a leadership role in delivering a unified customer experience. In fact, according to Salesforce's recent 2016 State of Marketing report, the majority of high-performing marketing teams (58 percent) are driving customer experience initiatives across the business, compared to 8 percent of underperformers. To accomplish this, marketers need a new platform that enables them to deliver a consistent brand experience across every touch point, regardless of channel or device.
Marketing Cloud, the world's #1 marketing application, enables companies to transform their marketing and create 1-to-1 customer journeys. On average, Marketing Cloud customers who coordinate their email marketing and digital advertising see a 22 percent increase in conversion rates. In addition, according to the Salesforce Email Practices of Marketing Masters report, top performing marketing teams are 4.2x more likely than underperformers to leverage predictive intelligence or data science to create personalized emails. Built on the Salesforce Customer Success Platform, Marketing Cloud gives companies a 360-degree view of their customers and enables them to deliver smarter, faster, and more personalized marketing.
