NEW YORK, Aug. 28, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- On Thursday, August 31, Saks OFF 5TH will celebrate the grand opening of a new, approximately 27,000 square foot store at the Hanover Commons Shopping Center in East Hanover, NJ.
