The event is being presented by Safe Communications' nonprofit group, StandAgainstBullying.org. Dr. Frank Luntz, best-selling author and renowned pollster, will head up the focus group of local parents. Dr. William Bennett, former U.S. Secretary of Education, will lead a panel discussion featuring:
