SOUTHLAKE, Texas, March 2, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Sabre Corporation ("Sabre" or the "Company") (NASDAQ: SABR) today announced the closing of a secondary public offering by existing stockholders affiliated with TPG Global, LLC and Silver Lake Management Company II, L.L.C. (the "Selling Stockholders") of 20,000,000 shares of common stock. All of the shares were sold on a pro rata basis by the Selling Stockholders in accordance with their current interests, and the Selling Stockholders received all of the net proceeds from the offering. The total net proceeds to the Selling Stockholders were $545,000,000. No shares were sold by the Company.
BofA Merrill Lynch acted as the sole underwriter for the offering.
