Sabine Oil & Gas LLC Announces CFO Departure

HOUSTON, Aug. 6, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Sabine Oil & Gas LLC ("Sabine" or the "Company") today announced that Shane M. Bayless, the Company's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will be leaving the Company to pursue other opportunities. Bayless will step down effective with the closing of the previously announced merger with Forest Oil Corporation. Bayless has served as Sabine's CFO since its inception in 2007.  His departure is in no way related to any issues regarding financial disclosures, accounting matters or any business issues.
