Saatchi & Saatchi Appoints Schultz As EVP, Chief Talent Officer Of The Americas
NEW YORK, June 14, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Saatchi & Saatchi announces that Natalia Schultz joins the agency today as Executive Vice President & Chief Talent Officer of the Americas. Her responsibilities include the Network's flagship New York office, Canada, Latin America and Conill. Schultz was previously Executive Vice President & Chief Talent Officer at Grey Worldwide; she will report to Saatchi & Saatchi's Mary Baglivo, Chair & CEO of the Americas.

She played a pivotal role in helping to architect organizational change and drove the organization to build new capabilities such as an integrated digital offering, a communications planning capability, and an expanded entertainment activation expertise.
Schultz rose through the ranks at Grey initially focusing on business development with key leadership roles such as Associate Director of New Business and Director of Prospecting.
Her additional agency experience spans across account management, strategic planning and new business.
