RYU Announces Appointment of New Transfer Agent

VANCOUVER, British Columbia, Sept. 19, 2014 /PRNewswire/ -- Respect Your Universe, Inc. (TSX VENTURE: RYU) (OTCQB:RYUN) ("RYU"), a global performance training and fitness brand with origins in the movements and philosophy of martial artistry, created for the multisport athlete, is pleased to announce that effective September 17, 2014, it has appointed Computershare Trust Company of Canada ("Computershare") as trustee, transfer agent and registrar of RYU. Accordingly, Computershare will now be responsible for all transfers of RYU's common shares through their offices in Vancouver and Toronto and in the United States, through Computershare's U.S. affiliate in Denver.
