Ryan Listed as a Top Tax Firm in the 2010 Accounting Today Top 100 Tax and Accounting Firms Ranking

DALLAS, April 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Ryan, the leading tax services firm in North America, with the largest transaction tax practice in the United States and Canada, today announced that the Firm was listed as the 10th largest tax services firm in the United States, based on the 2010 Accounting Today Top 100 Tax and Accounting Firms ranking.

Excluding the individual tax preparation firms, Ryan is the 7th largest corporate tax services provider and the largest firm generating 100 percent of its revenues from tax. Comparatively, the major accounting firms listed generate only 25 to 30 percent of total revenues from tax services.

Accounting Today has been conducting this exhaustive project for the past 23 years, and for the first time ever, the Top 100 Tax and Accounting Firms showed a decline in aggregate revenues, averaging -2.85 percent.
