"Ryan has a proven track record both as a general manager and within White Lodging," said White Lodging Regional Vice President Cody Feaster. "He is the perfect choice to head White Lodging's first hotel in California."
Frederick started his career with White Lodging in 2006 as the restaurant manager at the Pontiac Marriott, eventually becoming the general manager at the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Tampa, FL and the general manager of the Hilton Garden Inn in Saratoga Springs, NY, before his role at the Embassy Suites in Tampa-Brandon. "My wife and I are very excited to relocate to the San Francisco area," said Frederick. "This is another great opportunity to grow my career as well as grow White Lodging's portfolio. I look forward to building on the existing team and improving White Lodging's relationship with the owner, Apple REIT."
Frederick said he's looking forward to improving all areas of the hotel's balanced scorecard and creating an environment for growth and achieving world-class results.
