The NTA is a governmental research and advocacy association comprised of large and small businesses, individuals, and governmental entities. Ms. Byram leads Ryan's Net Proceeds Tax practice and has more than 22 years of tax experience in compliance, audit, appeal, negotiation, tax planning, litigation, regulatory, and legislative matters. She has in-depth expertise in all areas of sales and use tax, property tax, production, and other extraction taxes. She is a member of the American Bar Association, Nevada Bar Association, Institute for Professionals in Taxation, Nevada Taxpayers Association, Nevada Mining Association, and Northwest Mining Association.
