Rust Consulting Hires Mottek as Class Action Settlement Consultant
MINNEAPOLIS, June 28, 2011 /PRNewswire-USNewswire/ -- Rust Consulting, Inc. has hired Jacqueline "Jacqui" Mottek to the position of class action settlement consultant. In this role, Mottek will consult with clients on class action strategies to identify appropriate settlement options, notice programs, and claims processes, helping them meet administration goals and the needs of the class, the court, and other stakeholders. She will focus in Rust's antitrust and consumer practice areas.

Prior to joining Rust, Mottek practiced law for more than 20 years and was chief consumer attorney in the San Francisco office of a national law firm.
