Russian-born Oksana Voinych Joins PR Staff at TransMedia Group to Serve Communications Needs of Firm's Eastern European Clients
BOCA RATON, Fla., Dec. 20, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- In hiring Oksana Voinych, PhD, MBA from Moscow, TransMedia Group (www.transmediagroup.com) said today it has added Russian, Croatian, Ukrainian and German to those languages already spoken at the globally expanding public relations firm. Her title will be Director of International Public Relations at the firm which recently opened its fourth office outside the U.S., the latest in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
"Oksana speaks five languages and brings nearly 20 years of high-level managerial and consulting experience in Marketing and Corporate Communications, including launching international start-ups and operations experience working with leading global companies," said TransMedia's CEO Tom Madden.
Prior to joining TransMedia Group, she was Senior Consultant, Corporate Communications in charge of external and internal Corporate and Brand Marketing at "Etinar - G Consulting Ltd." in U.S. & Canada, where she managed communications and marketing strategies for clients.
Voinych also was General Manager at People Republic Agency for corporate communications, where she developed both Internal and External Communication Strategies, providing clients with full scale of corporate and internal communications solutions, including tactical and implementation plans, instruments and follow-ups, Madden said.
Among clients she advised on Organizational Development and Change Management Processes were such leading global companies as Berlin Chemie Menarini Group, Mili Healthcare, Schwarzkopf Henkel, Robert Bosch Corp., Microsoft, Buderus, DHL, Hyundai, KIA, Ukrprominvest, MSL, Alfa Bank, Raiffeisen Bank and Swedbank.
Prior to that, she served as Head of Organizational Development and Corporate Communications (Eastern Europe, Caucasus and Central Asia Regions involving 2000 employees and for Robert Bosch LTD, Stuttgart, Germany, she developed and managed corporate communications (External and Internal) strategies and agencies relationship, interacting on a regular basis with company speakers, press, industry trades, and newswire to implement the strategy and fulfill the tactical plan. She was also Head of Regional Administration and Communications (1st office in Ukraine, opened 4 offices in Southern Europe) for Glencore International AG, Baar, Switzerland.
She earned at MA in Journalism and a PhD in Political Sciences from National Taras Shevchenko University and an MBA from Kyiv Mohyla Business School. She won the World's Bosch Brand Competition, 2004, 2006 and was Chief Editor of Bosch Regional Newsletter for Employees 'Vedomosti Bosch' and was recognized for best anti-crisis strategy among European Bosch subsidiaries.
