Russell Sarder, CEO, Author, and Business Magnate Sparks Interest in Lifelong Learning as "Conversation with Leaders" Keynote Speaker

NEW YORK, Nov. 1, 2011 /PRNewswire/ -- Russell Sarder presented an enthusiastic keynote at the "Conversation with Leaders," event in New York City, Oct. 25, that had executives believing in the values of lifelong learning. Sarder was joined by the CEO of U.S. China Partners, Savio S. Chan, who presented a question-and-answer panel. Sarder shared with the group the secrets to success that all great leaders know.

The invite-only event saw a full house of business executives, business owners, attorneys, reporters, and other successful leaders in attendance. The evening began with networking prior to the 6:30 p.m. presentation.

As a CEO, author, and business magnate, who has turned his company, NetCom Learning, into a multi-million dollar company, Sarder shares many of the same traits necessary to success that leaders like Jack Welch, Bill Gates and Bill Clinton possess. Sarder shared with the audience the six principles of success, which include being: passionate, hard working, focused, confident and competitive. Toward the end of the event, Sarder sparked enthusiasm for lifelong learning and brought excitement to the room when he invited the group to stand up and say out loud "I am a lifelong learner" three times.

As a final highlight, all attendees were able to walk away with a signed copy of Sarder's book, Learning: Steps to Becoming a Passionate Lifelong Learner as a special gift.

Sarder was joined at the event by Savio S. Chan, CEO of U.S. China Partners. Chan is a specialist in American and Chinese business relations, and the facilitation of local and cross-border negotiations with multi-national and independent manufacturers.
