Russell S. Gorman, Experienced Corporate Finance Executive, Named Managing Director at Hunter Wise Financial Group's California Office

Gorman as a Managing Director in its Irvine, California, headquarters.  Mr. Gorman previously served as Director with Merrill Lynch's High Yield Credit Research Team and as a Senior Analyst & Vice President with Moody's Investors Services.

Mr. Gorman monitored, assigned ratings and published securities analysis for issuers based on extensive direct interactions with the CEO, CFO and other executive officers while at Moody's Investor Services.  He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation from the CFA Institute, the Alliance for Merger and Acquisition Advisors' certification and is a member of the New York Society of Securities Analysts.  He received an MBA in Corporate Finance and a B.A. in History & Economics from the University of Southern California.
