Russell Reynolds Associates Hires Vrinda Johnson

CHICAGO, Dec. 11, 2018 /PRNewswire/ -- Russell Reynolds Associates, a leading global search and leadership advisory firm, today announced that Vrinda Johnson has joined the firm's Financial Services Practice. Based in Chicago, Johnson specializes in insurance and has over a decade of experience leading large-scale transformation projects at global financial services companies.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Johnson was Director of Advisory Financial Services for Digital, Banking Strategy, Technology & Operations at PricewaterhouseCoopers. In this role, she led development for the Advisory Lending & Leasing Practice and managed several significant strategic, digital and operational transformation initiatives. Prior to PwC, Johnson was a Credit Analyst and Relationship Manager for BBVA Compass, where she worked with the commercial lending and real estate, private wealth, and mortgage divisions of the bank. She began her career as a Financial Advisor at Merrill Lynch.

Johnson holds a BSc in business administration from Trinity University San Antonio and an MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago.
