Russell Reynolds Associates Hires Ted Moore

"Ted brings over two decades of experience in the talent acquisition and leadership development space," said Constantine Alexandrakis, leader of Russell Reynolds Associates' U.S. Region. "His work focusing on diversity and inclusion in the hiring process, and his experience implementing change strategies for global organizations, will have an immediate impact on our clients as we help them craft and optimize diverse leadership teams."

Moore joins Russell Reynolds Associates from CDK Global, where he was VP of Integrated Talent Management, responsible for talent acquisition, leadership development and corporate responsibility. In this role, he designed and led a multifaceted talent culture strategy for the newly formed public company, a spinoff of ADP. Previously, Moore worked in progressively senior roles for ADP over the course of 14 years. He began his career as a Technical Recruiter for AG Consulting in San Francisco.

Moore holds a B.A. in English from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
