Russell Reynolds Associates Hires Elizabeth Fitzpatrick

NEW YORK, Jan. 15, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Russell Reynolds Associates, a leading global search and leadership advisory firm, today announced that Elizabeth Fitzpatrick has joined the firm as a Consultant in the Consumer Practice. Based in New York, she focuses on advising C-suite retail and luxury executives and management teams.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Fitzpatrick was an Associate Director in Investment Banking Coverage in the Retail and Consumer Practice at UBS. Fitzpatrick founded and ran My Closet Concierge, an e-commerce clothing storage and logistics business. Previously, she was an Advisory and Research Manager at L2 Inc. and spent more than six years at JP Morgan, where she worked in Corporate and Investment Banking Coverage for the Retail, Technology, Healthcare and Consumer industries. Fitzpatrick began her career in trading at Deutsche Bank and worked as a Sales Account Executive for The Natori Company, London.

Fitzpatrick holds a BS in finance and marketing from the University of Colorado. She volunteers with the New York Junior League and Good Shepherd Services.
