Russell Reynolds Associates Hires David Lange

NEW YORK, March 12, 2019 /PRNewswire/ -- Russell Reynolds Associates, a leading global search and leadership advisory firm, today announced that David Lange has rejoined the firm as a consultant in the Leadership & Succession Practice. Based in New York, Lange leads the firm's efforts to bolster its global executive transition and development service capabilities.

Prior to rejoining Russell Reynolds Associates, Lange served at a leading global consulting firm, where he was a Senior Client Partner. In this role, he was a leadership development market leader specializing in immersive development programs, executive transition, top-team facilitation and coaching. Previously, Lange worked in Portland and Budapest as a Partner at a global consulting firm, where he was responsible for expanding service offerings into the European market. He was also a Senior Fellow in Human Capital at The Conference Board. Lange began his career in management consulting and executive search in Hungary and initially joined Russell Reynolds Associates as a consultant in the Industrial Practice in Atlanta in 2004.

Lange holds a BA in international relations from the University of Virginia and an MBA from INSEAD Paris.
