Russell Reynolds Associates Hires Ben Grover

"Ben understands the complex challenges facing the healthcare industry and has more than a decade of experience advising and recruiting senior executives in the space. We are excited to welcome Ben to the team," said Constantine Alexandrakis, leader of Russell Reynolds Associates' U.S. Region.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Grover spent more than 10 years with another global people and organizational advisory firm. He focused primarily on the recruitment of senior executives within the healthcare services industry. Earlier in his career, Grover worked in the Trust, Treasury Management and Bank Operations divisions of National City Corporation, which later was acquired by PNC Financial Services Group. 

He is a member of the American College of Healthcare Executives and the Healthcare Financial Management Association.

Grover earned a B.A. in American Studies from Yale University and an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
