Russell Reynolds Associates Bolsters Healthcare Practice By Hiring Bill Clemens

Clemens has more than 30 years of healthcare experience and previously led the global bio-pharma practice at an international search firm. There, he focused on board and C-suite searches. Prior to entering the executive search and leadership advisory business, Clemens worked with industry-leading global companies in pharmaceuticals and pharmaceutical services. He spent the early part of his career in pharmaceutical sales and marketing at the Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson and Forest Laboratories (now Allergan). He also founded his own medical education and consulting firm and currently serves on the UConn Foundation board.

Clemens holds a B.A. in management and psychology as well as an M.B.A. in marketing from the University of Connecticut.
