Runzheimer International Recognizes USAA as its Latest Mobile Workforce Best Practice Winner

WATERFORD, Wis., Sept. 25, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- USAA has been recognized for the second consecutive year for excellence in managing and administering its workforce mobility programs. The TEM Best Practice Award is determined based on individual responses to the 2012 Runzheimer International^® Total Employee Mobility® (TEM®) Benchmarking Survey.

Each year, Runzheimer International recognizes organizations that stand out in terms of their employee mobility management practices. Winners of the TEM Best Practice Award must demonstrate top performance relative to Runzheimer survey benchmarks and illustrate that their cohesive approach to mobility management yields quantifiable improvements in revenue and profit growth, organizational agility and employee satisfaction.

This year's winner – USAA – was highlighted for their best practices in managing their employee transportation programs, with an emphasis on strengthening cost control and employee satisfaction.
