In announcing Mr. LaRose joining rue21's Board of Directors, Michael Appel, Chairman of the Board said, "We are very pleased to add Jason LaRose to our outstanding group of directors. Named President of North America in 2016, Mr. LaRose has also served Under Armour as Chief Revenue Officer – Digital, and SVP Global eCommerce. Before joining Under Armour, he was SVP, e-Commerce at EXPRESS and VP Multi-Channel and International Business at Sears Holdings Corporation. He began his career as an Associate Principal in the Retail and Consumer Goods Practices at McKinsey & Company. Mr. LaRose earned his MBA in General Management from The Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and a BS in Biology from the University of Michigan.
