Rue La La Hires Robin Domeniconi As Chief Marketing Officer
BOSTON, Sept. 18, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Rue La La, a leading private sale shopping destination, announced today that it has appointed Robin Domeniconi as Chief Marketing Officer overseeing the company's marketing and creative departments. Ms. Domeniconi will report to Steve Davis, CEO of Rue La La.
In her role, Domeniconi will be instrumental in furthering the growth of the Rue La La brand across all areas of business including men's and women's fashion and living categories. She will also be responsible for Rue La La's robust customer file and will drive member engagement by infusing product Boutiques with integrated editorial and experiential content.

Domeniconi has an unparalleled background of over 20 years of marketing experience spanning fashion, publishing and commerce including overseeing editorial content, advertising, marketing, digital platforms and licensing at the ELLE Group (ELLE, ELLE Decor, and ELLEgirl) as its Chief Brand Officer.
Additionally, she has held the position of Vice President of Advertising Sales, Marketing, and Publishing at Microsoft as well as seven-year tenure at Time Inc. where she launched and published Real Simple magazine. While at the helm of Real Simple Domeniconi succeeded in growing the brand beyond the confines of the magazine, extending Real Simple into a lifestyle media platform and a full product line and marketer of home goods. She was later named President of Time Inc.'s Media Group. Prior to joining Rue La La, Domeniconi held the position of Chief Marketing Officer at vente-privee USA.
Throughout her career, Robin Domeniconi has been the recipient of various honors and awards, including being named as one of Advertising Age's "Women to Watch" and included in AdWeek's "Executive Team of the Year." She also is committed to non-profit work, serving on the Board of Trustees for the Stephen Gaynor School to raise money and awareness for bright students with learning differences and on the Board of Directors for Literacy Partners Inc., a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing community-based literacy programs in New York City.
