Rubenstein Public Relations Named Agency Of Record For The Annual Village Halloween Parade In New York City For Second Consecutive Year

This marks the second year in a row that RPR has volunteered its public relations services to help carry on this time-honored tradition. The parade will travel along Sixth Avenue from Spring Street to 16th Street on Friday, October 31st from 7PM-10:30PM and will air on Time Warner Cable's NY1 from 8PM-9:30PM.
