RTG Ventures Update Following Name & Leadership Change

NEW YORK, LOS ANGELES, and LONDON, Jan. 23, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- RTG Ventures, Inc. (OTCQB: RTGV), today updated the last communication of the name change to Digital Brand Media & Marketing Group, Inc. (OTCQB: DBMM) and the change in focus and leadership at the company of Steven Baughman, Head, US Operations and Reggie James, Senior Vice-President of Marketing and Communications and Executive Director, to Co-Chief Operating Officers.

After regrouping behind the scenes, it is important to communicate a brief outline on some of the changes being worked on at the company where commercial sensitivity allows.

Asked about the focus of the new group, Head of US Operations and Co-Chief Operating Officer, Steve Baughman said, "The new group is about combining the best of talent to address a need in the market, namely the music and entertainment industry.
