RT to Air In-depth Interview With Belarus Leader Lukashenko
MOSCOW, March 21, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- RT, Russia's global news network, will broadcast an exclusive interview with Alexander Lukashenko, the President of Belarus.
The interview was conducted during Lukashenko's working visit to Moscow for the Eurasian Economic Community (EurAsEC) summit. The Belarussian president, who rarely speaks to foreign media, commented on a wide range of subjects including the recent executions of two men found guilty of the 2011 Minsk Metro bombing, the outlook for EurAsEC, diplomatic relations with the European Union and the IIHF Ice Hockey World Championships which Belarus is set to host in 2014.
